FOR THE MOST COMPLETE CLEANING, ALWAYS FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

‒ Pre-inspect all areas to be cleaned and communicate with the customer
‒ Prespray areas to be cleaned
‒ Agitate prespray into surface (the use of an electrical agitation device such as the
Procaps Low-Moisture Cleaning Machine will increase the amount of suspended soil)
‒ Extract, neutralize and rinse all areas

To clean tile and grout:

Prof. Tile & Grout Cleaner  pH 11.4-11.9 ‒ Mix 16 oz. (.35-.47 L) in gal. (3.8 L) of water.
‒ Apply as prespray, allow 10 minutes of dwell
time, and agitate the grout lines with
a grout brush.
‒ Rinse the floor with hard surface attachment.
