Phoenix 1200 Desiccant Dehumidifier

The Phoenix 1200 is an energy efficient and high performance desiccant that removes up to 344 pints (43 gallons) of water per day at AHAM. Ideal for most drying conditions and when very low RH is required to dry the most challenging structural materials such as hardwood floors, concrete slabs, etc.

The 1200 is a 230-volt, sinle phase unit with selectable 25 or 40 amp draw and has the robust construction and potability restorers require. It offers both a constant run or humidistat controlled mode as well as dual 8" process outlets so you can run dry air to the interior as well as an attic or crawl space.
