Shipping Policy
- Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS or LTL truck. Next day air, 2nd day air, or 3rd day air are available at additional cost.
- Freight Policy: Any chemical order over $ 550.00 will be shipped free using regular ground within the continental United States. Factory direct shipments, parts, specials, machines, accessories and hazardous materials do not qualify for free freight.
- Damaged Shipments: All claims for damaged material must be reported to the delivery company at time of delivery. Please also notify us at 1-800-399-5901. Retain the damaged item as well as the carton.
- Shipment Shortages: If you receive an order that has any missing items, please notify us in as timely a manner as possible.
Return Policy
If you would like to return an item purchased from us, excluding special orders, return the item within 30 days of receipt for a 20% restocking charge. Items returned must be in new condition in the original packaging. Please call 1-800-399-5901 for specific return instructions before returning. Customer must pay all shipping charges for returns
